Chiefly, the Spherical roller ball bearings come with two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers and have a common sphere raceway in outer ring. The two inner ring raceways are placed at an angle to the bearing axial. These bearings have good self-aligning ability and thus are able to operate when the shaft deflects under load or if the shaft misaligns in mounting. The permissible aligning angle for these bearings is 1 to 2.5 degree. Such bearings have heavy load carrying capacity and anti-impact ability. In addition to radial loads, they are also capable of carrying axial loads in two directions. In general, such type of bearings permit low limiting speed. It comes in two types, viz. cylindrical and tapered bore.

Bearing with suffix ‘W33’ means there are lubricating groove and 3 lubricating holes on the outer ring.
